Michael Slezak is an investigative science journalist and currently the national science, technology and environment reporter at the ABC. He’s won awards for his reporting on underground recreational drug development, climate change and cancer research. Prior to the ABC, Michael was the environment reporter for The Guardian in Australia and before that he was the Australasian correspondent at New Scientist magazine. He was the editor of The Best Australian Science Writing 2017.
