Dr John B. Golding works with the postharvest/market access team in the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries, Australia. He works on the market access and quality along the supply chain of a range of fruit and vegetable crops for the domestic and overseas markets. John has over 25 years’ experience in postharvest horticulture, and is a conjoint lecturer at the University of Newcastle.
