Hilary Bell

Hilary Bell met Antonia Pesenti in Paris over 20 years ago and have been friends ever since. Hilary is an award-winning playwright. Their friendship turned into a collaboration when they created the bestselling Alphabetical Sydney and, later, Numerical Street. Summer Time is their tribute to the places and rituals of an Australian summer and involved testing waterslides and tasting Neapolitan ice cream for the first time in yonks.
