Graham Long worked as a social worker before training for the ministry in 1979. He was chaplain to Parramatta Prison and ran a church welfare agency. He has degrees in philosophy from the Catholic Theological Union and the Catholic Institute of Sydney. He has been pastor and CEO of The Wayside Chapel for 12 years, a regular guest on various radio programs, and is the author of Love Over Hate: Finding Life by The Wayside and Stories From The Wayside.
