Helena Grehan is a Professor in the School of Arts at Murdoch University. She is the author of Mapping Cultural Identity in Contemporary Australian Performance (Peter Lang, 2001) and Performance, Ethics and Spectatorship in a Global Age (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009). Her essays on theatre and performance studies have been published in leading national and international journals. She was the editor (with Peter Eckersall) of We’re People Who Do Shows: Back to Back Theatre, Performance, Politics, Visibility (Performance Research Books, 2013).
